In Montclair, we’re fortunate to have organizations that share our passion for animal welfare, and we’re honored to work alongside them. By providing affordable, high-quality veterinary care, we help many animals receive the love and medical attention they need to thrive and find permanent homes.
Montclair Township Animal Shelter & Friends of Montclair Township Animal Shelter (FOMTAS)
As a vital part of our community, the Montclair Township Animal Shelter serves countless pets in need. We work with both the shelter and the Friends of Montclair Animal Shelter (FOMTAS) to provide medical care and resources for animals that are waiting for their forever homes. Through their efforts, these animals have access to essential services, and together we help ensure every animal gets a fair chance at a happy, healthy life.
Homeless Animal Adoption League (HAAL)
The Homeless Animal Adoption League has been a friend and ally in animal rescue for years. Cameron Animal Hospital collaborates with HAAL to support homeless cats and kittens, helping them receive necessary medical care and rehabilitation. We are grateful for HAAL’s dedication to these animals, and together we continue our shared mission of finding loving homes for each one.
Pound Animal Welfare Society (PAWS)
Pound Animal Welfare Society of Montclair has been another long-standing partner in rescuing and rehoming pets. We provide veterinary care to PAWS’ animals, ensuring they’re healthy and ready for adoption. With PAWS, we’re able to help reduce the number of homeless pets in our community and give each animal the best chance at finding a safe, caring home.
Rescuing Pets Is in Our DNA
For over 80 years, rescue has been a core part of who we are. Since formalizing our adoption program in 2015, we have helped over 1,500 animals find new homes, from dogs and cats to rabbits and guinea pigs. As part of our promise to Dr. Cameron, we will never let this rescue work fade. By partnering with these local organizations and our incredible clients, we’re able to provide second chances to animals who need it most.
